Contact coachcw, he might be able to do it. I'm going to replace my exhaust manifolds and down pipe on my 7.3, he said he would do it.

What intake issues are you having?

I would shop around. That cost is really high. Not too much involved with the down pipe. The biggest issue is clearance of the firewall. A large pry bar or port-a-power is what most guys use. The Y pipes are a little more work but again not a huge job labor or parts wise. Intake no big deal on those. The intake repair should be the cheapest and easiest.

Issues with the intake is it's leaking somewhere. Just need gaskets replaced as well as y pipe donut and gasket replaced. Other issues such as glow plug relay, icp sensor, and intercooler boots but that's stuff I can do myself.

AFE is a great intake kit. Do it yourself job if that's the issue?

You could probably do the intake yourself too.  :twocents:

Sorry guys. Intake manifold

Take a peek under the hood. You'll see its not too bad.

what year is your truck? Mine is a 97 and the intake manifolds are very easy to do. Not sure if it changed on the later years

I have a buddy that use to work on 6.0 and 7.3 in buses. We are both diesel mechanics. I have worked in diesel for 10 years. I can talk to him and see if he is available one of these weekends.
