Yup. Very nice rifle. Shoots about 1" to 1 1/4" at 100 yards. Haven't tried to fine tune a load, but it digest's everything I load into the magazine.
While not the lightest 7.62 AR  ( weighs in with irons at 8.6 pounds)  style rifle it is a very handy package.
