Thank you! I'm pretty happy with him. It's been 9 years since my last bear. My cheesy Remington ADL in .270 does it again  . No shortage of bears in the 101.

I got my secound bear this year, I havent been up to kelly hill for 9 years myself. I also shoot a Remington 700, but mines an SPS 30-06, and was hunting in 105. Sounds like e have a few things in common. Anyways, good shooting. The .270 is an excellent choice!

I was successful in Guiding my O'l Man into killing this Nice Color Phased Bear on the Westside. Up in Greenwater. Watched this bear for over a month. Took 11 sits to finally outsmart him! The huckleberry's were dying off quick up high.

Not much of a story. Got up, walked outside, see bear, shoot bear, gut bear, drag bear back to cabin... the end Unit 101. He was just shy of 200lbs. beautiful thick woolly coat.
