What timber company owns land on the way to Clallam Bay?

Just wondering what timber company owns all the land on highway 112, and 113 on the way to Clallam Bay.

I believe the blue and yellow gates belong to Rayoner, the white gates are Merrill & Ring.

Have you dealt with Merrill and Ring about land use availability, there website is very basic.

most of the land where I think you are describing is Merril and Ring Physt Tree Farm.  It is permit system.  More expensive than the other tree farms and has been operating like that for years.  They are pretty strict about their rules, they have a guy (Joe) that patrols and enforces.  Rayonier has some land from Twin Rivers to deep Creek that is permit only (will update in August on their site).  Rayonier also has land in the Dickey GMU along 113.  Between Deep Creek and Physt I think the small holdings are mostly tribal family tree farms.

I think POPE is also a large landowner in that area as well...

There are several owners.  Go to the Clallam county GIS mapping web page and click on the areas you are interested in.
