Custom Antler Tine Hearth Broom - Functional Antler Art

Here's on of our latest projects that turned out pretty cool.  Probably won't last long.  Antlers are hard to come by.

I've got a big 3pt whitey shed I'd like to make a broom out of for a gift. Can you make it so the shed remains uncut in its natural form around the base?

Hi Mtn. Muley.  Do you mean make a broom on it without cutting or altering the antler.  It depends what the base looks like.  I can most likely do it.   I did trim the base on this antler to make it easier, but it can be done without.  Best bet, post up a picture of it here & I can tell for sure.  Thanks!

Tagging for future gift ideas....  The neighbors loved the broom (turkey wing I think) we got them.  I can't remember if I let you know.

Yep.  Glad they liked it.  Loki, if you have horns, I can make them into brooms for $35 each.  Just gotta have enough main beam to work with.  If they have eye guards, I can leave them on and weave around them, or trim them off.  If you have any runt racks from the islands, maybe we can make whisks or little pot scrubbers.   :chuckle:
