Early Elk scouting
« on: May 06, 2015, 12:54:30 PM »
Hey Guys, I’m in need of advice on spring scouting for early archery elk. I’ve already been burning some boot leather in the bumping unit putting up trail cams and shed hunting.  I’m looking for someone who knows the west end of Nile and the northern part of bumping that I can bounce some ideas off of in regards to productive drainages. I’m not wanting a free lunch, just hoping to find someone who can tell me if  certain spots I want to check out are productive or not. I'll PM locations to guys willing to do so, rather than broadcast them.

thanks

John

Ha, funny you mention that, I just found that a trail cam I had up at rimrock was stolen.
