It had a collar and I was one in 15 that had a spring bear tag in that unit,  it wouldn't of turned out well.

Between the wolves and the Indians in this country the elk population is dropping a lot. And the fact you can't use hounds for cats is just ridiculous. I see at least 3 cats each spring.
