I agree with that bobcat. Drawing a moose tag is hard enough. I believe it should be OIL in both categories.

You must have mis-understood what I said. All I said was that moose tags should be once in a lifetime regardless of whether it's a "any moose" tag or an "antlerless" tag.

It's a lottery. Luck of the draw. How is it "fair" that guys can buy the govenors tag or $20000 in raffle tags every year. Life is not "fair". On a side note who is gonna want a cow moose as there oil. The problem with the system is everyone has there own agenda. Bobcat don't get me wrong your idea makes sense, but in one thread you want to change the system and another you say lets make new rules.
