arrow choice for 40lb youth bow

What are some good arrows to buy for my kids bow we just bought.He is shooting at 36lbs right now but should be at 40lbs by hunting season.

My son uses Gold Tip Falcons ,for the money their a great carbon arrow for a kid, we were paying about $4.00ea for them.

I think he is 24inch's draw. I noticed the kid arrows all have a tip already glued in so i dont want that.

the gold tip falcon are a 26" carbon arrow designed for bows in the 30-50lb range and they have standard inserts so you can cut them down to the length you need.
