Has always done mine!! Always
I kill elk and eat elk, when I'm not, I'm thinking about killing elk and eating elk.

It doesn't matter what you think...

Nile meats   :yeah:

Real nice guy. Done several elk for our camp. Gave us his cell number. Told us if we got one down late or early to call him and he would meet us at his shop.

He is picky about you taking care of the animal right away.
More than once I seen him turn away elk that the guys had waited to long to bring in.
If you spoil it he will tell you straight up.

But he does a good job at a fair price on every elk we have taken to him.

Careks in Roslyn ? Are they still around ?

Still around but I don't think they process wild game.

I also recommend Larry at Nile Valley Meats. He is quick and doesn't appreciate people leaving thier meat in his freezer dur8ng the fall so be prepared for a quick turnaround. He makes some awesome german sausage too.
