I just talked with WDFW today. They said they will mail the packs (for OIL) around the 10th of July.
Just one more day

YOU ASKED ,that happens some time after you decide to face the odds purchase some gear get yourself a big loud vehicle, convince your significant other your worth the money, decide wich weapon season you can survive the best, purchase that weapon get yourself some really cool gill suit camoes ,get one of those really cool knives with the light and twelve different blades some clown at the store talked you into thinking you neede it while you pay for your dicover pass, your licence your tag  and foil for Cajun twinkees, and then study that book of (fun ) rules for three weeks so when you get to the point of decision making it seems everyone else has studied just like you and makes it all seem hopeless when you see the last years results, but still convinced your smarter than all the rest you rush in and forfeit more money more money, then I believe all your dreams come true or I geuss to life when you see there are no friends left in fish and feathers any more and you get nothing extra for all this stress we  ( oops , I ) go through every year gosh realy love it still !! but I geuss you got your once in a lifetime hook that will keep you going back just like me by now.
