Nothing for me either but since I burned all my points last year I didn't expect to draw.

No luck. 6 points now. Last time i drew the unit there were 1200 tags. last couple years 25 tags. I hope the population rebounds soon.

Ah crap.  My brother and I drew the Peaches Ridge archery elk permit here in Washington.  We decided to put in for Montana antelope unit 404-20 on a partnership application along with his girlfriend thinking there is virtually no chance of drawing since all of us have 0 points after drawing the tag in 2013 and not applying last year.  Sure enough we drew it again.

We were trying to build points by putting in for one of the harder tags to draw in a unit we have hunted before with the expectation of NOT being drawn.

Now I have to figure out how to divvy up my remaining vacation time for two hunts and I am also applying for jobs for which my applications seem to be moving through the different review phases as we speak.  Hopefully I land a new job on the east side at just the right time to take a few weeks off from work between jobs to fit in both hunts.

I remember that you hunt there...we PM'ed about it some. We drew in 2013 and finally figured out a little about the unit and the speedy beasts after a four or five days. Then we tagged out in less than 24 hours. I don't know how we are drawing the tag with 0 points this year and less than 1 point average in 2013.

haha yeah it took me 5 points to draw the dang thing. I didn't expect to draw it this year so it's all good. They are fun little guys to hunt for sure.

Drew 700 series tag.  Have a Wyoming elk tag and a MT deer combo license.  I may have to go for the "trifecta" over there this fall.

No luck for me and my boys this year. Looks like it's going to be a dry year for us!  :bash:

My hunting partner somehow put us in for the wrong unit and would you know it, we drew the tag.  We didn't even bother checking the draw results because we didn't anticipate drawing for a couple more years and a tag showed up in my mail this week. Its the 370-20 tag and it looks like we are pretty much up a creek without a paddle because there is little to no public access in the unit. Oh well, I guess I better call the local biologist and start trying to make the best out of it.  Between my ID moose tag, WA cow elk tag and now a MT antelope tag, its shaping up to be a super busy fall. Good luck to the others that drew!
The best friend a guy could have asked for. RIP chasing pheasants in heaven Denali girl.
