Just got off the phone with sierra pacific burlington division. Starting aug 1st their properties here in Whatcom and Skagit counties will be open for hunting despite signage that may be present. They also said that due to high fire danger they're going to be monitoring for illegal vehicle access (walk in only). Just thought I'd pass this info along as I was worried I'd have to look elsewhere for bear this year.
