Bear or Yote?

Ran across these two piles of scat as a neighbor thought it might be a bear getting into things. Saw a few coyote tracks but no bear or sign.  Can you ID?  Attached pic next to .300 win mag shell.

Bear is my guess. However that second pic could go either way.
