Just curious why the entire post has been removed on this topic when there are similar ones still going? I see he has pre-trial coming up, that's if it doesn't get continued for a 4th time.

How do you see a pre trial

Spokane County Court website. He has been charged with 3 counts of Criminal Trespass 2nd degree and 1 count of Unlawful hunting or collecting wildlife parts from the property of another.

So far the pre trial has been continued in August, September and October, next one is set for December 8th.

Looks to me like someone else is trying to fill some tags before they loose some hunting rights.

They need to dig back a few years as well. This isn't the first time by a long shot.
