Why don't they have a damned meeting where the problems are ? They won't because they'd get run out of town. I bet if they had a meeting in Republic form once and make the antis drive to it, it would be a different type of meeting. The WDFW does their dog and pony shows like they do, on purpose. Muledeer, how many wolves have you personally seen in this state ? I've seen 6.How many wolf meetings (WAG or not) have you been to in this state? I've been to more than a dozen, and will continue to go and provide any input I can. I will at least represent a voice for hunters at the meetings. How many wolves I've seen (3 in this state) doesn't really have anything to do with the subject. Does it matter who's seen the most? I stated earlier why they have the meetings where they do. Antis don't drive to the WAG meetings, just like hunters don't drive to WAG meetings to speak of, no matter where they are held. Most people I've seen at one is maybe 5...and they have supported hunting and wolf management, not preservation.Perfect case of hunters complaining but not bothering to make their presence seen? The Mule Deer Mgmt Plan meetings that were held in Ellensburg on Tuesday and Spokane last night. Guess how many of the public bothered to show up? 6 in Ellensburg, and 5 in Spokane, and those numbers included my wife and I! Ridiculous when a public meeting is held and almost no one will take the time to go, but complain when they feel like their voice isn't being heard.I realize if you're in an area like Republic, not a lot of meetings are possible to get to. But there are bunches on this forum who insist on complaining, but will never take 2 hours of their time to go sit at a meeting and take the opportunity to speak face to face with the deer and elk manager for the state. I'm not pointing you out, but all who refuse to show up at a meeting that's close to them, then complain the agencies don't want to listen to them....we'll see how many show up in Olympia for the last mgmt. plan meeting on the 29th, or the WAG in Spokane on Dec 13-14. or the wdfw open forum meeting in Wenatchee on the 20th of this month.......I do not care about your BS. You just keep on going to meetings, ran by a government agency, who controls, who, what, and where we can go, when and how we can hunt, tellings us that has been going on forever. So, MuleDeer, why don't we just leave it at that ? I get irritated when people try and cram things down my throat, or anybodies. I have the right to complain and moan about anything I want, I'm not a kid...
