Take the kids hunting they are good luck
« on: September 19, 2015, 02:53:42 PM »
Took the kids out to see about some grouse dinner. Getting ready to leave we see a coyote down the road aways. So we wait till it crosses then sneak off the road a 100 yards or so and have the kids sit down behind me.  I start lip squeaking loud as I can on the back of my hand for a min. Then I hear my brother start playing some rabbit distress on his phone. Min later I hear a critter headed our way. I drew my pistol and stood still.  Sure enough a coyote pops out of the brush at less than 20 yards.  I put the front sight between his eyes and squeezed.  Girls where in diss-belief.

One in camo is mine. The other two are my brothers daughters. They were proud of us both. All were checked flea free  hardly any on the yote either. I was very surprised at that. Maybe cause it's so dry :dunno:

Now they are all fighting over who gets the fur lol. I figure it's all of ours since we all did our part
