Wondered if you guys have seen this bow on the classifieds? I looking to get a beginners bow. Any thoughts? Advice?

I had one back when they were a top of the line bow........got a couple of elk with it seemed to be trouble free :dunno:

I would be using it mainly for deer, but also in the future, elk. I would say $500 outfitted is the max I would be willing to spend, starving college student all. I just need something that is going to be a good all around bow that I can grow into a little as my skills improve.

I would look into the powerhawk from hoyt, its a new bow that is in the middle range market.. around 4 bills I believe.... so you could get it all for under 600 and new is always better then used IMO
