Skokomish ducks?

Anybody ever hunted the Skokomish wildlife area for ducks? Can you walk-in or do you need a boat (float tube)? Thinking about exploring it but thought I'd see if I could learn anything general about access first. Thanks!

You really need a boat. Before they changed the dikes out there you could get away with a float tube. The river is pretty deep and fast (depending on rain) I would not try it. Kayak would be a good bet I have seen several guys hunting out they with kayaks.
