Is opener here yet!
« on: October 08, 2015, 10:54:54 AM »
I have to say that I'm a little excited for this hunting season and I'm not even the one with the tag. My 8 and 9 yr old girls are going to be hunting with my dad and myself this year for the first time. They are excited to sleep in a tent and hike in the hills. Wel will set up our Bighorn III so I'll even be able to put the wood stove up. My 8 yr old was making her hunting pack last night and asking for my old binoculars. My 9 yr old went to bed with bedtime stories of when I was 9 hunting. I'm thinking we will be in the Loomis area. But still not locked in. Either way will be fun times in the woods. Getting a deer would be a bonus  ;)
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

Good for ALL of you! Super fun times. We will be across the valley at our cabin hoping to get the boy his first. My daughter killed her second in September so he is really wanting to get on one. My Father in law will be with us just in case and I am certain my Dad will be watching from above. Good luck to you guys   :IBCOOL:.
