Sgt. Mullins testimony on the evidence lockers is classic it almost topped officer Gastons lying under oath. Both are still employed?

Still employed and unscathed, as are the rest of them.  As far as I can tell, nothing has been done about any of this.

Now read Captain Schlenker's email to Unsworth (Under "Complaint Letters t WDFW").  It is amazing.

Nice letter by the captain but it looks as if nothing was done. Keep this stuff coming! I really hope this is the last Christmas these guys are employed by the state.

I am real close to giving up any hope of positive change in WDFW enforcement.

Have a Merry Christmas!

The wheels of justice turn slowly. I expect that by this time next year we will be looking back at change.

Do you really think? The misconduct from this policing agency has been going on for a very long time.
The Feds need to do the same thing as they had to in Seattle. Seattle has always been a disfunctional policing agency.

2labs; Please go ahead with your opinion.  I am curious and I don't think anyone will ban you from anything for simply voicing your opinion.  So; let's hear it.

And, MERRY CHRISTMAS!

In my opinion, Bjork did a lot of good/positive things for WDFW enforcement, except when it came to who he promoted to administrative positions; that was and still is a disaster.

WDFW Officer Dave Jones (Bellingham) was just awarded his job back, as a result of winning his termination arbitration hearing.  He gets back-pay, and should start back with WDFW around the end of January!

Another major expense, for all of us, caused by poor management of enforcement.

To some degree; certainly.  I do believe Dave would have prevailed without the material I have come up with, but perhaps not as easily.

Now if they could only right the other wrong they did to his Sargent.  I know that's an impossibility but we can wish.  I don't think the department realizes the disservice they have done to the region as a whole.  The back pay is only part of the far reaching effects of their poor decision making.
Welcome back Dave.

I hold little hope that we will gain anymore ground in our attempt to rid WDFW of the significant issues within enforcement. It sure seems Unsworth isn't too much interested in having a honest, moral, and ethical command staff.
