Wynoochee Late Archery Elk Tips???
« on: November 21, 2015, 11:25:02 PM »
Hey everybody, this is my first post on here but I've been reading on this forum for a few years now. Anyways, this is my first year Archery elk, Wynoochee is the closest unit to me but I have only hunted North River this year. I've heard a lot of different rumors about WDFW culling elk, and stuff in the area. I'm not looking for specific spots but some tips and places to start would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance guys, and good luck with all of your hunts!

Hey Wolfe7x...did you see this post a couple years back? I'm not familiar with the area but maybe this will help. http://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php/topic,125410.0.html

Do you have weyco access permit? Bulls only in that unit unless you have a cow permit. I suspect most of the bulls were killed during rifle season but maybe not. There were some last year left for Archery.
