Sir, that is a darn fine buck you harvested
Sure do like those whitetail, a very tasty critter IMO they make the best burger.
Good job on a proud buck.

If you have any questions while your learning to process your own burger or any other things you may like to attempt, sausage, jerky, etc. feel free to shoot me PM anytime you can pick my brain I'm totally into it all.

Since your already going to be grinding you should also give some fresh sausage a go as well, breakfast, italian or flavor you like, bulk, links, brats, good things to try if your a beginner.

Did 60lbs of burger yesterday, in a couple weeks I will be doing 30lbs of summer sausage.
I really like doing this stuff.

I don't have a whitetail so that would be going to the taxidermist for a shoulder mount so if that's not a trophy let me know when I get back I will a buck the same caliber congrats
