I can't find any info on a person older than 18 open carrying a rifle around town. What are your thoughts? Is it legal? Also, do you have to be over 21 to open carry a pistol?

Its legal, but youll attract attention younprorbably dont want. With a few exceptions you need to be 21 to carry a pistol in washington

It is unnecessary and will bring nothing but negative attention to you and anyone else that supports the 2A.

If you need to walk across town with it, just put it in a case.

There are plenty of videos on YouTube which show what happens.  I always question why those people do that?

Education of people and LEO's?
