Blazer Brass 9mm ammo
« on: December 18, 2015, 08:35:36 PM »
I'm thinking about picking up a bunch of this stuff at Cabelas tomorrow as it's on sale for $9.99 box of 50.

I've never been interested in their stuff with the AL cases but what's their ammo like with the brass cases???  This will just be for general plinkin, paper punchin, and target/range shooting.

Thoughts????

Went through 300 ends of it today, probably 2500 total rounds of 9mm, 40 and 45, with no problems
I'd be all over it, think I paid 14$ for 9mm today.

That's what I was hoping to hear.  Hopefully they have a lot in stock or will do a rain check if they don't.

sometimes cheap guns wont recycle aluminum ammo.  go for it.  I have 2 semis that wont shoot wolf or alumalloy.  I gave the stuff to a guy who had a wheel gun.   mike w

Blazer makes decent ammo, and I have used the Herter'sŪ Select-Grade TNJ aluminum cased nylon jacketed bullets in my .45 without any issues. Have fun at those prices for the Blazer Brass. I just bought 200 rounds to shoot in a new Sig .45 as soon as the holidays are over!!!!!

Well, even though it all went very fast I was able to snag two cases of this stuff and I got to use my $20off coupon they sent me in the mail last week.

I got there at 8:05 this morning and when I left at 9:30 it was all nearly gone.  They easily sold 10,000+ in an hour and a half.  Wouldn't have been interested in it had it been the Alum. case stuff.
