Spot hogg

Just curious if anyone has any experience with it the Hogg knob quick release.  Looking into buying the new spot Hogg Hogg it with the quick release but want to know more about before I spend that kind of money on them.  How are they for hunting or are they more of a target feature?   Any information would be appreciated.

I use the hogg father... it came with the quick release knob, however I had to remove it for my quiver to fit correctly.
