I wanted to bump this up again, everyone on this forum should write in. I have and encourage the rest of you to do so as well.If they receive a lot of support for this bill and it doesn't make it through the legislative session you can nearly be certain to see it on a voter initiative in the future. We need to show them that it has no chance to deter future efforts as well!

They actually need a person that is being prosecuted in order to try the law. If I remember correctly, SAF wants the law legally clarified because of all the vague wording (especially in the transfers). But the grabbers are resisting.....hmmmm, why would you want a law that isn't clear?
