Day break park.
« on: January 11, 2016, 12:06:44 PM »
Seen some guys float fishing there. I assume for steelys but I can't find what part of the Lewisville river it's on.... It's in Clark country. The rule book mentions lewisville river park but not day break. Any ideas? Thanks

Lewisville park and Daybreak park are both on the east fork of the Lewis, near Battle Ground.

My inlaws live right up the hill from day break park, dunno if anyone does any good on it though....it would be nice to know since it's a bit closer to me than the north fork....

i grew up 2 miles north east of daybreak. My dad still lives up there. The east fork is a good drift boat river in the winter. Some good steelies.

unfortunately the hatchery runs tanked in the east fork over the last several years, and as of last year it's now a "gene bank".  funny how the rivers that are getting their plants cut are the ones with good access, while rivers like the coweeman still get hatchery plants(and zero public access)
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun
