That's a great bull. It's on my bucket list. Hopefully one day I will make it happen.

Congratulations!
I'd also like to know which outfitter you used.  Even though I was lucky enough to hunt moose in Washington this year, I keep finding myself looking into B.C. moose hunts within decent driving distance.  Thanks

Covert Outfitting is who I went with.  All in (tags, fuel, tip, etc) was about $9600 but that cost was driven up due to the Shiras portion and guys trying to fill their North American 29.....

Kiff Covert will have a booth at the Washington Sportsmen's Show in Puyallup.

With that said, if you want to kill a shiras moose it was definitely a fun hunt with plenty of moose around and not overly physically challenging.  I went the last week of November and would probably move that up a week due to the allotment of tags per unit and the risk of tags all being used in the best area before you arrive.  (4 tags for 3 different units with a total of 12 tags, once the 4 tags are filled in a particular unit the guide can no longer take anyone in there)

Any other questions feel free to PM me.
