I am waiting to hear what the sentence will be. Pay some fines, big but probably not earth shaking. Lose their license for 2 or 3 years, which won't stop people like that anyway. And why watch a thousand crab come out of the water before arresting? That sounds crazy.

Why wait? To build an airtight case and to see who else is involved. The buyers drive the market. Good to find out who the fences are.
