Duck/goose pepperoni

I was just wondering where in the Spokane area would be a good place to have pepperoni sticks made with my ducks/geese?  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!  Eggars meats? Hopefully I can add some weight to it this weekend! 🐥🔫

Eggars is great, but when they started charging $4 / lb,  we started making our own.
Getting all the gear together is a bit spendy, but we do more than just birds.

Spent most of my $$ on huntin, fishin & retrievin dogs, the rest I just pretty much wasted.
