Does hunting for coyotes fall under the same rules for big game when it comes to the amount of rounds a rifle holds (5)?

There is no maximum limit to the number of cartridges a rifle can hold, big game, small game, doesn't matter. No restrictions whatsoever. The only limitation is for bird hunting and for that the max is three.

this is the only thing I've read about carriage requirements:
12. Prohibited firearms/hunting methods
(WAC 232-12-047)
It is illegal to:
• Hunt game birds with a shotgun capable
of holding more than three shells.
• Hunt game animals or game birds with a
shotgun larger than 10 gauge.
• Hunt any big game with a fully automatic
firearm.
