I called puyallup sportsmans the next day and they had a few so i bought one there.

I lucked out and got the LAST Disc Extreme from the Puyallup Sportsmans Warehouse for $499 a couple days ago.

I think they left some things out of the box, because there was no owners manual in there.  I emailed Knight and they replied the next morning with a link to the manual.  Then while reading the manual (yes, some guys do read instructions LOL) I see that there should be other things in the box like sample bullets, full plastic jackets (maybe not included in WA guns?) and Jag/Extension.  Did you get any of those items in your box?

Thanks for that data point.  That's really surprising because I've NEVER bought a new gun that didn't come with a manual.  Sounds like some people get a manual and some don't.  Perhaps their shipping department was hung over that day?  :bdid:

I questioned Knight Customer Service about the missing parts/accessories.  They told me that this information is outdated (it was in the Owners Manual that I just downloaded from their website) because they haven't had a DVD in the gun box since they took over ownership back in 2010.  Oh well, I got all the parts I need to make it go boom.

And boom it did this past weekend when I took it out on it's maiden voyage.  The wife is new to pistols and had a new toy, so we spent a lot of time shooting it.  Didn't have much time left to shoot the new Knight, but it shot great for the 5 rounds I put through it.  Not having windage graduations, it took 3 shots to get it lined up and then the last 2 took it to a bullseye.  Next time at the range I'll get it zeroed based on what distance my eyes will let me shoot so I can get ready for hunting this fall.

I just purchased a disk extreme w/thumbhole stock, western edition.  Purchased at SW in East Wenatchee for $499. They may still still have some left at that price.
Good Luck!
