Tool heads for a 550.....  I'd go to Dillon for any Dillon products needed.

You have a Sportsmans Warehouse in the tri-cities.   When I need something in Moses Lake I drive to Wenatchee to the Sportsmans Warehouse.   SW seems to have a good selection of powders and the SW on Columbia Blvd appears to be a very large store.  I think it's bigger than the one in East Wenatchee.
Ranch and Home has been keeping a better selection of powder and bullets on hand than SW has as of late. Not much a fan of either store but SW is normally my choice as the lesser of two evils.

You're right.  It was the Ranch and Home that's the biggest I've seen.

Last I went to ranch and home, they didn't have 3031, imr4198, ANY bullets suitable for my 45-70, didn't have the accubonds I wanted for my 30-06, and only had 1 box for my 243.

I can get the powder at sportsmans easy enough, which I plan on doing, but I hate going to a store to find bullets, and wasting time, if they have a crap selection. so I would rather just order on Monday morning, and be ready by the weekend to start rolling em out.

I will need bullets for 9 different calibers, brass for a few of them, tool heads for my 550, etc. Probably buy powder and primers in town to beat shipping costs. I'm not in love with sportsmans, or ranch and home. And that's who we have locally for the most part.

I like to support local/semi local business when possible, even if it drives my cost up some. There will still be plenty of times I go to midway or brownells, just looking for a semi local small business to support. Thanks for the info so far
Wes @ Sage can cover you for everything, he is located in Renton.  He even gets powers in sometimes I believe though his focus is brass, brass processing and bullets.  He sees pretty much every caliber out there.  Just be careful, the deals he put out have a way of draining your wallet quickly.

Wes is a great guy.

I reload shotgun shells.  The last couple of years getting components has been like a Easter egg hunt.  Primers at one store, or they have Remington but not Winchester, powder across town, and wads online.  And when you find a store that has what you want, they don't a month later.  It would be cheaper and less headaches to just buy a box of factory loads, but rolling my own is cheaper than visiting a therapist.

ive put the mec back into storage after I saw the price of shot and did a little math, cheaper for me to just buy em already done to bust clays with. are you finding shot cheaper somewhere or are you just doing it because you like to? I never enjoyed loading for shotguns, though I may start again late summer before waterfowl season.

Hunting loads does not pencil out at all, and I think I come out even on trap loads.  I have been getting a mix of reclaimed 7.5, 8's and 9's from the Spokane Gun Club for target loads.  Shots a little cheaper and the club recoups some money.

seems like I was figuring about 15-16$ per 25 doing 3" steel loads, which would have turned out better then the cheap steel I normally grab from the shelf when I figured my hunting loads, I really want to dry a duplex load of 1s and 3s, I think with the right choke it would lay em out.

No steel for me, I don't duck hunt, I do upland and just buy a box of factory loads.  I think you math is about right, you have to load a lot to make it pay.  I just do it because I enjoy it, and it doesn't seem to hurt so bad when I spread out buying the primers one month and powder the next.  Plus I have a kid I shoot with, if he out shoots me I can place blame that I was experiment with a new load that must not have worked well. :chuckle:

Are you doing all your reloading on your Dillon? 3031 and 4198 will give you some headaches running them through a progressive press.

He used to work out of I think it was his Dad's house, just up the east hill from downtown Renton.  That was back when I spent a lot of time on WAGuns and he was doing group buys and helping people learn how to reload.  It looks like he might have a storefront, now, but I don't know anything about that Seattle location.
