Wood stock work in the south end

I just bought a sporterized stock for my tc hawken.  It is about 1/16" too long.  The end cap will need to be removed and the length taken from that end.  Should be really simple for someone who knows what they're doing.  Im in Lakewood.  Thanks!

Take a belt sander to it!

Bill at Bolle and Tammaro gunsmithing at 4040 Tyler in Tacoma does beautiful stock work, but he isn't fast. He's right next to Mary's Pistols.
