Calling Coyotes and cats
« on: January 27, 2009, 10:54:45 PM »
I'm just starting to call coyotes and cats and was wonder what sounds people prefer , if you have a preference when to call like morning or evening. I'm in the grays harbor area and don't have any access to farmers fields so i will be calling in clear cuts. I have a fx3.

I bought a fx3 a couple of weeks ago.  Every time I have went out I have called dogs in with the rabbit distress.  make sure you turn off the small speaker as it will eat up your batteries pretty quick.  Good luck.

I like mornings, but they can come in at anytime.

Like Rick and I stated on another post, with the FP sounds some of the good ones are DSG, Lucky Bird, Lightning Jack, Goat distress.

Good luck and let us know how you do.
