Bowfishing in Whitman county
« on: March 31, 2016, 09:38:45 AM »
Just wanted to let everyone know that Rock Lake is at high water right now and the carp will be in the flooded grass flat soon spawning and feeding. They could use a few holes in them if you ask me as they are a worthless fish affecting the lakes ecosystem. It's a great lake for trout. I've caught countless 20" brown's there. Anyway, stop in at the little house on Gene Webb rd in the flat and ask Arlene for permission. It's private property but they have never minded in the past. I shot 40+ fish in about 4 hour's one year and it was my first time out! Kill em all! lol
