I hope you had a good day...allot of fish were caught! Its very busy down there this time of year especially Friday-Sun and I know what you mean by being "low holed". This is the way I view it and I try my best to act this way at all times...we are all there to fish and have a good time. To me , when its that busy , being "low holed" means another boat gets between me and the boat below me that requires me to alter or stop my drift because they did not leave acceptable room. Not everyone runs the exact same drift and yes some do "low hole: especially if they see a couple of fish caught. I juts try to fit in where I feel I will get the best drift and not mess with anyone else drift. I see the "bite" come on and all the boats try to hammer a hole way to close together...I juts go farther back up river where I have room and try to enjoy myself and not think to much about it. I do not hold my boat in a hole nor do I "short drift" a hole just because a few fish were caught...unless there is a big gap and I can slide in without causing any problems with other boats.
If I crowed you I do apologize and certainly did not do it intentionally...I assure you I try to give plenty of room all day long in the hopes of receiving the same from others.
