So I'm new to turkey hunting and I'm having trouble figuring out how to determine the east and west side.  Is it safe to assume that the GMU's 400 and up and west and the 300 and lower are east?  GMU map to help.   http://apps.wdfw.wa.gov/gohunt/app.html?theme=smallGame

Everything Is dependent on the pacific crest trail. "Cascade ridge-line" It gets a little fuzzy right at the columbia river  units but that is the main E vs W determination.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
