Hunting regs.

I heard this years hunting regs will be out in April and all special hunt permit apps. will have to be in by My 15th. Also they plan on opening the Margaret and the Toutle units for General season (ELK and Deer) either this year or next. They are pushing for this year because they want the revenues from it.

I think you're correct about the May deadline for special permit applications. For the Margaret and Toutle units, I believe opening them to the general season was an option in the online survey that the WDFW did, but in the 2009-2011 proposed regulations, they are listed as permit only units.
