Does camping reservations need to be made in advance or can they be made on site the day of?

Getting excited for this weekend.

No reservations needed. I had them set an area aside for us to camp near the fire pit. I doubt there will be that many there. You need to pay the camp host for camping. We are not collecting for them at this event.

What's on the agenda for this event?

Only thing is the Spring Business meeting most of the day Saturday with a outdoors type potluck afterwards/ campfire maybe weenie roast. Friday evening and other then the meeting just visiting.
The meeting reports, old business, new business (anything you want to bring up} elections, planning for the Summer Rendezvous, budget, miss rodeo project. Not in that order. Agenda is not complete yet.

Well, we never done one exactly like this so I can't suggest anything we might be short of.
I will say it is going to be held out by the campfire so picnic type stuff. We'll have a couple tables to set food on but you might have to balance it in your lap. sausages for the campfire, stuff for smores, maybe fried chicken, potato salad, chips that kind of stuff. Cold drinks be good. Eric said he was making stew and I am thinking about making clam chowder.
Whatever you bring will be good enough and if you don't bring anything there will probably still be enough. The words potluck says to me you take what you get and be happy with it.

Bring your own chair though.

To all that are going to the Spring Business meeting weekend camp out.  What ever you are bring for the "Pot Luck Dinner" for Saturday night make sure that you put it on ice.  We are not using the kitchen where we hold the summer Rendezvous so if you have something that needs to be refrigerated you will have to put it in your camping trailer reefer or put it on ice.

Bruce, are we having two days (Friday & Saturday) of Pot Luck Dinners?   :dunno:  Or are we just having one day, Saturday?

I am planning on being there Friday afternoon and staying until Sunday.  I hope a lot of you folks are coming its going to be fun.  See ya there.

Just figured on the Saturday potluck. I'm going to bring wood for an evening campfire Friday and Saturday. Might roast up some sausages.

Hi Folks,   :hello:

Update:  The Spring Business Meeting and Camp out went well.
The Board of Directors tied up all loose ends and we past the Budget for another year.

After the meeting was finished we all went over to the campground, sat around the campfire that Bruce got going and kept alive, talked shop and got to know some people.  It was great.  Great food,  :EAT:  drinks   :brew: and of coarse  :party1: "Friends."  There was so much food that we could of feed another twenty people.  My wife and I had a great time.  It is always great to see old friends and spend some time with them.

So where did all of you folks go?  We thought that some of you said that you were going and we were looking forward to meeting you guys and gals.  I sure hope that you come out to this years Summer Rendezvous, it is going to be a good one.

Talk about the Rendezvous.  Our Rendezvous Coordinator has a pretty good line up of speaker and activities for the kids.  We also are going to have a few things for the wives including a Fur Show" I believe.  And of coarse there will be some great food for lunch and dinner.  Plus after the auction is over we'll all head over to the campfire and sit around, talk and  :party1:
So I hope you all are planning on coming out to this years Rendezvous.  Make your plans now, see ya there.
John   :hello:
