Going over to the snake in a few weeks.  Anyone have any good pot recommendations? Would love to drop a few out and see what we can come up with.

All pots will catch crawdads; I would start with something economical and then move up from there.  Use para cord and small cheap net float will work just fine.  Para cord is good because it sinks, is small and does not take up a lot of room.

We used to use the square spot prawn traps for craw dads and would do really well. It's been many years so I don't know if it's legal or not but would be worth looking into.
