Can anybody tell me if the river is open? Trying to find it in the regs online and looks like it is closed. Am I reading it wrong? If it is closed anybody know why?

I thought that river was one of many along with the sound closed for any fishing?  Isn't it part of the tribe and wdfw mess?

All rivers draining into the sound are closed until NOAA approves the seasons. The only exceptions are some stream sections above anadromous barriers.
