Super simple bbq dessert
« on: June 05, 2016, 09:05:11 PM »
Been doing this one for years. Sliced cored pineapple cooked for 15 minnutes turning frequently. Last 3-5 minutes, sprinkle brown sugar on top. One scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle.

Sounds good.  We grill pineapple all the time during the warm months. Goes great with ribs and beans.

I do pineapple on the grill about the same way.

My absolute favorite dessert on the grill is to us a tortilla put some crushed up gram crackers on it with some chocolate chips and marshmallows.  Roll it up and put it on the grill for a couple of minutes.   :o
