Mushroom soup sauteed elk steaks
« on: June 13, 2016, 10:05:26 PM »
The easiest and most delecious way to cook elk steaks! You toss the steaks in flour and place in a frying pan that has hot oil. Brown steaks on each side and simply add a can of cream of mushroom soup, with a can full of water. Mix all together and cover the pan with a lid. Let simmer for 30 min and flip the steaks over. Cook abother 30 min and prepare rice. Once the steaks cook for a total of 1 hour, serve over rice. So good and tender they fall apart. Delicious!

Sounds delicious for a first post BUT:
