Anyone know if the 4100 road up the South Toutle is open for river access without a permit or doctor's note or Putin's permission?

So far so good.  The new Year round Weyco permits start Aug 1 but there has been no indication that they plan to close the public access corridors--yet.  South Toutle river access is open.
