Well backpack thursdays went down a bit different tonight. I won't mention any names but SOMEONE forgot their backpack :nono:  But we made the best of it and did 45 minutes of bleacher sprints, 40 yard dashes with lunges and squats, and then 3 rounds of hill sprints on the big hill.  I think there was even some wall sits mixed in there somewhere.  Not really sure as I think I blacked out from the big dinner I ate before I went :bdid:

Screwed some Rad TiCon's in the old freedom arrows tonight after our backpackless Thursdays  :chuckle:  can't get too far at my house but they are hitting right with field tips at 30 yards.  Will stretch it out tomorrow evening when I hit the range.  This arrow/broadhead combo flies so well though, I'm not worried. 

Oh and yeah I know I missed the dot.  It was getting dark ok :chuckle:
