I saw one of those back when the rules changed  in 88 I think I passed because I didn't know the rules since then ive  seen 2 -3x1  both long ago eaten

3 years ago I got glimpse of a bull in lick creek that I would bet a paycheck, I was 89% sure he was a 1x6 mature big boy. It was crazy. I remember putting him in glass (200 yds) and telling my partner (while giggling) "you gotta look at this bull, he's like a 1x6"
My partner didn't bother looking, just grabbed his gear and took off and said " dude, he's legal then".
I was like "uh?"
It didn't even cross my mind, because over there I see branched bulls and I know I can't shoot em.
We never caught up to him again, but I still think back and laugh about that moment. Might be a thing were you had to be there, but still funny

Saw a bull with nine points on one side and broke off on the other below the eye guards once that would have been a legal spike.
