Deformed rack - is this one legal in spike only?

Heh, thanks for the input guys.  I don't think it branches there based on other pics I have.  I'll just ask him if he is legal or not once the season starts.

Yes there is and it is where we hunt by ourselves. That bull looked like one my father in law missed last year.

I'd shoot either of those bulls in a Spike only unit (not a "True Spike" unit.)
