Got out this weekend to check one of my cams, had a couple decent bulls on there. September needs to hurry up. They are pictures of pictures so the quality sucks, but you get the idea.

I'm trying to get better at identifying elk, are these Roosevelt elks because of their big bodies? I've read they get that dark color on their antlers from rubbing certain trees on the coast?
Nice looking bulls regardless!
